Report a Bug

Unfortunately, there has never been a piece of software published that didn't have at least a few programming errors, known affectionately as bugs. These little critters can range from the misspelling of a word displayed on the screen to a general system "crash."

For this purpose, a bug is any element of the program that does not work as intended in a particular situation.

In order for us to understand the nature of the bug, we need you to describe it sufficiently. To describe sufficiently means to describe the circumstances that lead to the situation in enough detail that TimeWarp can reproduce the problem.

Note also that bug refers to a problem in our software itself, not in another piece of software, such as the operating system, another program, or your MIDI hardware.

To submit your bug report, please fill out the form below (the items labeled in red are required--with the exception of Serial Number, which is preferred but not required).

Thanks so much for your help!
